Booking and Payment

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $50  is required to confirm your session. This fee secures your date and will be applied toward your total balance.

• Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due no later than the session date. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, and Tap Pay services.

• Rush Orders: Expedited editing or delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Booking fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 3  days before the scheduled session may forfeit additional payments.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session at least [insert number] days in advance, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

• Weather-Related Reschedules: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at our discretion.

• Same-day cancellations will require payment of the remaining balance or may result in a future booking ban.

*IF client arrives later than the scheduled time, time will be deducted from their session. More time can be booked if necessary. ($75 for every 30 mins).

 

Photography Services

• Session Duration: Sessions will be conducted within the agreed-upon time frame. Clients arriving late may have reduced session time without a refund.

• Creative Control: Devine Studios Photography maintains full creative control over editing, styling, and final image selection.

• Delivery Timeline: Final edited images will be delivered within [insert number] weeks. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

• Additional Edits: Extra retouching requests outside of our standard edits may incur an additional charge.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• Ownership: All images remain the property of Devine Studios Photography.

• Client Usage Rights: Clients receive personal usage rights to print and share their images for personal and purposes.

• Restrictions: Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior consent.

• Promotional Use: We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Preparation: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared, but can get dressed upon arrival.

• Permissions & Location Access: Clients must obtain necessary permits or permissions for photoshoots at private locations.

• Conduct: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without a refund.

• Client must download images within 12 months, as DS does not retain images/ videos for longer than that period.

Liability and Limitations

• Equipment Failure & Data Loss: While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for unforeseen technical issues, including but not limited to camera malfunctions or data loss. If such an event occurs, our liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

    Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, or emergencies. In such cases, we will work to reschedule your session.
